THIS DAY April 23

By flooding the streets of their enemy with heroin, the Jihadis hope to addict and kill our youth, destroy society and cause massive social problems.

The drug trade has helped Islamist terrorist organizations recruit new members by citing drug abuse they have inflicted as an indication of Western degeneracy, and then, as a justification that such corrupt societies should be destroyed.

“We are making these drugs for Satan America and the Jews. If we cannot kill them with guns, so we will kill them with drugs.”

April 22 2009: New York, USA . Prosecutors unveiled new charges Tuesday against an Afghan man accused of conspiring to finance Taliban terrorist activities. Haji Juma Khan was charged with narco-terrorism, conspiracy to fund and financing terrorism in a superseding indictment unsealed by the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Manhattan. Khan, 55, was handed over to U.S. officials by Indonesia and brought to the United States in October.

He initially faced a single charge of conspiring to distribute narcotics with intent to support a terrorist organization. U.S. authorities say he is among the first defendants to be prosecuted under a 2006 federal narco-terrorism statute.

Since 1999, Khan has led an international opium, morphine and heroin trafficking group that arranged to sell morphine base, an opium derivative that is processed into heroin, in quantities as large as 40 metric tons — enough to supply the U.S. heroin market for two years

Heroin addicts are not victims, as the true victims of heroin addiction are only the innocent men, women and children of Afghanistan and Iraq who are being blown up, killed and left limbless by Islamist terrorist bombs funded by the heroin trade in the West

The other victims of heroin are young soldiers fighting in Iraq and Afghanistan against those Islamist terrorists who are being blown up and shot by weapons funded by heroin grown in Afghanistan, smuggled into the West via Pakistan, Albania and Turkey and sold in the West.

Heroin addiction is tantamount to treason, as the Taliban and Al Qaeda cannot operate without the money from heroin.

The old response to heroin addiction was to treat the addict as a victim and see the problem only in relation to the individual. The time has come to deal with the issues of who is bringing the heroin into the West, how they are bringing it into the West and why the governments have not targeted those communities who they know are primarily responsible for bringing drugs into the West.

The Western Goverment rewards the Islamists growing and smuggling the heroin into the West, it allows the Islamist terrorists to make fortunes from heroin smuggling to fund the jihad, it enriches the moslem gangsters in the West who smuggle it into Europe and America and it rewards the junkie and punishes the victims of their crimes.

While heroin flow through the veins of junkies

Blood flows through the streets of Afghanistan

More Iraqis killed execution-style than in bombings

April 17 2009: Baghdad, Iraq — Execution-style killings, not suicide bombings, have been the leading cause of death among civilians in the Iraq war, a study released Wednesday shows.
The findings, published in the New England Journal of Medicine, point to the brutal sectarian nature of the conflict, where death squads once roamed the streets.
Estimates of the number of civilians killed in Iraq vary widely. The study was based on the database maintained by Iraq Body Count, a private group that uses media reports.
The authors concede the data is not comprehensive. But they maintain that the study provides a reliable gauge of how Iraqis have died over the past six years in attacks, including bombings, shootings and mortar rounds.
The new details also provide further evidence of the sectarian cleansing and retaliatory violence between Shiites and Sunnis that pushed the country to the brink of civil war before ebbing a year and a half ago.

A credible minimum

The study covered the period from the March 20, 2003 invasion through March 19, 2008, during which 91,358 violent deaths were recorded by Iraq Body Count.
The total number of civilian deaths in Iraq is widely disputed, but the count by the London-based group is widely considered a credible minimum.
Iraq Body Count also uses figures from morgues and hospitals.
However, the authors focused on only 60,481 deaths linked to specific events, excluding Iraqis killed during the weeks following the U.S.-led invasion and the 2004 U.S. sieges of the former insurgent stronghold of Fallujah.
The study found that 19,706 of the victims were abducted and killed execution-style, with nearly a third of those showing signs of torture. That compared with 16,922 who died in bombings, most of them suicide attacks.

Death squads at fault

While the study didn’t assign blame for the killings, death squads largely run by Shiite militias were believed to be behind many. The squads were seeking revenge for the deaths of Shiite civilians at the hands of Al Qaeda and other Sunni extremists in suicide bombings and other attacks.

Baghdad official who exposed executions flees
Jonathan Steele,
Thursday March 2, 2006, The Guardian

Faik Bakir, the director of the Baghdad morgue, has fled Iraq in fear of his life after reporting that more than 7,000 people have been killed by death squads in recent months, the outgoing head of the UN human rights office in Iraq has disclosed.
“The vast majority of bodies showed signs of summary execution – many with their hands tied behind their back. Some showed evidence of torture, with arms and leg joints broken by electric drills,” said John Pace, the Maltese UN official. The killings had been happening long before the bloodshed after last week’s bombing of the Shia shrine in Samarra.
Mr Pace, whose contract in Iraq ended last month, said many killings were carried out by Shia militias linked to the industry ministry run by Bayan Jabr, a leading figure in the Supreme Council for the Islamic Revolution in Iraq (Sciri).
Mr Pace said records, supported by photographs, came from Baghdad’s forensic institute, which passed them to the UN. The Baghdad morgue has been receiving 700 or more bodies a month. The figures peaked at 1,100 last July – many showing signs of torture.
Reports of government-sponsored death squads have sparked fear among many prominent Iraqis, prompting a rise in the number leaving the country. Mr Pace said the morgue’s director had received death threats after he reported the murders. “He’s out of the country now,” said Mr Pace, adding that the attribution of the killings to government-linked militias did not come from Dr Bakir.
“There are other sources for that. Some militias are integrated with the police and wear police uniforms,” he said. “The Badr brigade [Sciri’s armed wing] are in the police and are mainly the ones doing the killing. They’re the most notorious.”
Some Iraqis accuse the Mahdi army militia, linked to the radical cleric Moqtada al-Sadr, of seizing and killing people.
But Mr Pace said: “I’m not as sure of the Mahdi army as I am of the others.”

I have had doubts about publishing the the rest of this, because the pictures are very disturbing. But “if the mainstream media would publish photos of the real war, and what is really going on in Iraq and the rest of the Islamic world, nobody would support this evil ideology , so I have decided decide to make the the truth public.

Warning the rest of this post contains extremely graphic images

Perpignan: eight children maltreated by “enlightened and sectarian” parents

April 16 2008: Perpignan France. Enthusiastic Moslems, the father, of Moroccan origin, and his wife of Slavic origin, 49 years and 50 years old, were detained for deprivation of food and care to compromise the health of the minors, for failure with their usual legal requirements and violences on minors.

The father, commercial travelling on the markets, and his wife, converted with Islam in 2000, explained their behavior by a “scrupulous” practice of the Islamic religion and their will “to purify” their children.
The situation afflicting with their eight children, victims of deprivations food and repeated violences, was discovered at the time of a searching Saturday in the residence of the couple.
The gendarmes had been alerted by a witnesses announcing one of the children of the couple, a 13 year old boy, measuring 1,65 m and weighing only 32 kg, rummaging in dustbins in search of food.
The teenager, shiver, the traces of blood on the face, barefeet, with frostbite, and extremely malnourished , explained that it had just been punished because he had stolen a caster sugar cane, the public prosecutor of Perpignan Jean-Pierre Dréno indicated.
His mother had violently struck him with a stick and a pot of glass. Two of his/her sisters were discovered in a deplorable state: 15 years old and of 13 years and half, they did not weigh more22 kg. They were hospitalized with their malnourished brother, the other children having been placed in a care.
“The parents explained that they are practitioners of the Islamic religion and that they practise scrupulously and consider that a very strict food mode is essential”, in particular for the success of education, the magistrate specified. “The father explained the absence of provisions in the refrigerator and on the racks of the kitchen by indicating that he had for some time discovered the virtues of the biological food, which took part in the purification of the family and his children”, he added.
Concerning his wayward son, the father explained that he had to be rehabilitated, because “he was inhabited a little to lie”.
Corporal punishments were inflicted “when the rules which were dictated by the household head were not complied with”, added Mr. Dréno, qualifying the father of “enlightened, with an belief which is connected with that of a sect”.
“The father went well beyond the rigorous religious practice”, said the prosecutor, rejecting any amalgam between the inflicted food deprivations and the practice of the Islamic religion. According to the prosecutor, the family was “very discrete and lived in isolation”.
The parents had been however already announced by their insistence to see their three elder wearing the veil to the college. In front of the refusal of State education, they had left the college to study at it with the national centre of remote teaching, under the control of their mother.

British troops liberate Bergen-Belsen
April 15 1945: British troops have entered the German concentration camp of Bergen-Belsen.
Inside the camp the horrified soldiers found piles of dead and rotting corpses and thousands of sick and starving prisoners kept in severely overcrowded and dirty compounds.
Belsen, near Hanover in Germany, is the first concentration camp to be liberated by the British. Details of the conditions inside are likely to horrify a public which until now has only heard limited descriptions from the camps in Poland freed by the Red Army.
The first British soldiers who entered Bergen-Belsen have described seeing a huge pile of dead, naked women’s bodies within full view of several hundred children held at the camp.
The gutters, too, were filled with dead bodies.
One of the reasons the Germans agreed to surrender Belsen was because so many of the inmates were diseased. There was no running water in the camp and there were epidemics of typhus, typhoid and tuberculosis.
There were thousands of sick women, who should have been in hospital, lying on hard, bare bug-ridden boards. Of the 1,704 acute typhus, typhoid and tuberculosis cases, only 474 women had bunks to sleep on.
There were fewer male prisoners, but they were also kept in severely overcrowded and dirty conditions.
One of the British senior medical officers, Brigadier Llewellyn Glyn- Hughes, told the Reuters news agency he saw evidence of cannibalism in the camp. There were bodies with no flesh on them and the liver, kidneys and heart removed.
He said their first priority was to remove the dead bodies from the camp. He was told some 30,000 people had died in the past few months.
He said typhus had caused far fewer deaths than starvation. Men and women had tried to keep themselves clean with dregs from coffee cups. Medical supplies were severely limited – there were no vaccines, or drugs and no treatments for lice.
The only food available for the prisoners was turnip soup and British guards had to fire over the heads of prisoners to restore order among those desperate to get at the food stores.
Those prisoners who were too weak to get up and collect their food went without and died.
The camp commandant, who was described as “unashamed” at the camp conditions, has been placed under arrest.
The camp commandant, Josef Kramer, was found guilty at Luneberg of war crimes and hanged in December 1945.

AND ONE OF THE MAIN INSTIGATORS OF THIS TERRIBLE CRIME AGAINST MANKIND WAS ABLE TO CONTINUE HIS EVIL MISSION.
The Grand Mufti of Jerusalem, Amin al-Husayni, the Chairman of the Arab Higher Committee collaborated with Nazi Germany during the Second World War. In 1940, he asked the Axis powers to acknowledge the Arab right, “to settle the question of Jewish elements in Palestine and other Arab countries in accordance with the national and racial interests of the Arabs and along the lines similar to those used to solve the Jewish question in Germany and Italy.”
He spent the second half of WWII in Germany making radio broadcasts exhorting Muslims to ally with the Nazis in war against their common enemies.
In one of these broadcasts, he said,
“Arabs, arise as one man and fight for your sacred rights. Kill Jews wherever you find them. This pleases God, history, and religion. This saves your honor. God is with you
The Mufti’s knowledge about the Holocaust while living in Nazi Germany has been debated with the Mufti himself denying any such knowledge after the war. Testimony presented at the Nuremberg trials, however, accused the Mufti of not only having knowledge about the holocaust but of also actively encouraging the initiation of extermination programs against European Jews. Adolf Eichmann’s deputy Dieter Wisliceny testified during his war crimes trial in 1946 that … “The Mufti was one of the initiators of the systematic extermination of European Jewry and had been a collaborator and adviser of Eichmann and Himmler in the execution of this plan… He was one of Eichmann’s best friends and had constantly incited him to accelerate the extermination measures. I heard him say, accompanied by Eichmann, he had visited incognito the gas chambers of Auschwitz.”
When the Red Cross offered to mediate with Adolf Eichmann in a trade prisoner-of-war exchange involving the freeing of German citizens in exchange for 5,000 Jewish children being sent from Poland to the Theresienstadt concentration camp, Husseini directly intervened with Himmler and the exchange was cancelled. The letters sent on June 28, 1943 to Hungarian and Romanian governments, allied to Nazi Germany at the time, urging them to refuse to save Jewish refugees can be found here.
Among the sabotage al-Husayni organized was an attempted chemical warfare assault on the second largest and predominantly Jewish city in Palestine, Tel Aviv. Five parachutists were sent with a toxin to dump into the water system. The police caught the infiltrators in a cave near Jericho, and according to Jericho district police commander Fayiz Bey Idrissi, “The laboratory report stated that each container held enough poison to kill 25,000 people, and there were at least ten containers.”.
In his memoirs after the war, Husayni noted that “Our fundamental condition for cooperating with Germany was a free hand to eradicate every last Jew from Palestine and the Arab world. I asked Hitler for an explicit undertaking to allow us to solve the Jewish problem in a manner befitting our national and racial aspirations and according to the scientific methods innovated by Germany in the handling of its Jews. The answer I got was: ‘The Jews are yours.’”
Recent Nazi documents uncovered in the German Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Military Archive Service in Freiburg by two researchers, Klaus Michael Mallmann from Stuttgart University and Martin Cüppers from the University of Ludwigsburg, indicated that in the event of the British being defeated in Egypt by Field Marshal Erwin Rommel’s Afrika Korps the Nazis had planned to deploy a special unit called Einsatzkommando Ägypten to exterminate Palestinian Jews and that they wanted Arab support to prevent the emergence of a Jewish state.
In their book the researchers concluded that, “the most important collaborator with the Nazis and an absolute Arab anti-Semite was Haj Amin al-Husseini, the mufti of Jerusalem”.According to the German researchers Husayni was a prime example of how Arabs and Nazis became friends out of a hatred of Jews. Al-Husseini had met several times with Adolf Eichmann, Adolf Hitler’s chief architect of the Holocaust

Dead sea Scrolls stolen by Israel: PA

PA demands Canada cancels scroll exhibition

The Palestinian Authority demanded this week the cancellation of an exhibition in Canada of the Dead Sea Scrolls, which it said were stolen by Israel from Palestinian territories, Canadian media reported.
Top Palestinian officials wrote to Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper asking him to step in to cancel the exhibition, which is set to open in June at Toronto’s Royal Ontario Museum, according to the Toronto Star newspaper.
“The exhibition would entail exhibiting or displaying artifacts removed from the Palestinian territories,” said Hamdan Taha, director-general of the archaeological department in the Palestinian Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities,
“I think it is important that Canadian institutions would be responsible and act in accordance with Canada’s obligations,” Taha wrote in the letter to Harper.
The museum plans a six-month showcase of 16 of the 900 manuscripts from the Dead Sea.@
The Dead Sea Scrolls, written mostly on parchment and partly on papyrus, were discovered in 11 caves on the northwestern shore of the Dead Sea where they had moldered undisturbed for roughly 20 centuries until 1947 young Bedouin shepherds searching for a stray goat in the Judean Desert entered a long untouched cave and found jars filled with ancient scrolls. That initial discovery by the Bedouins yielded seven scrolls and began a search that lasted nearly a decade and eventually produced thousands of scroll fragments from eleven caves. During those same years archaeologists searching for a habitation close to the caves that might help identify the people who deposited the scrolls excavated the Qumran ruin, a complex of structures located on a barren terrace between the cliffs where the caves are found and the Dead Sea.Within a fairly short time after their discovery, historical, paleographic, and linguistic evidence, as well as carbon-14 dating established that the scrolls and the Qumran ruin dated from the third century BC to 68 AD. They were indeed ancient! Coming from the late Second Temple Period, a time when Jesus of Nazareth lived, they are older than any other surviving biblical manuscripts by almost one thousand years
Initially, housed in the Rockefeller Museum in East Jerusalem, under Jordanian control, the scrolls were absorbed by Israel after the 1967 Six Day War, an act considered illegal by international law. The scrolls were then removed from East Jerusalem and taken them to the western city, where they remain today
The scrolls, written mainly in Hebrew, and partly in Aramaic and Greek, have shed light on the earliest origins of Judaism and Christianity and are considered to be one of the greatest archaeological finds of all time.
In the letter, signed by senior Palestinian government officials, the objectors argue that the texts were acquired illegally by Israel.

“The scrolls provide evidence that information handed down in the books of the Bible is accurate.”

Today
April 12, 2009: Gaza, Judea and Samaria (Palistine). Northern Irish republican leader Gerry Adams met with Hamas Prime Minister Ismail Haniyeh in Gaza.

Israel’s Foreign Ministry had recommended that Adams, president of the Sinn Fein republican party, not be permitted to enter Gaza since he planned to meet with Hamas. He was permitted to enter Gaza on Wednesday after Quartet Mideast envoy Tony Blair intervened, the Jerusalem Post reported.
Blair reportedly told Israeli Defense Minister Ehud Barak that Adams had experience as a mediator, and could pass messages and act as a go-between for Israel and Hamas.
Adams met Haniyeh Thursday in a meeting that was not announced beforehand.
He was quoted by the British Guardian newspaper after the meeting as saying: “This is a total denial of the rights of the people of Palestine. This is an open-air prison. People can’t travel out of here, they can’t travel in.”Adams met with Palestinian social activists, business people and Hamas and Fatah officials, according to the Jerusalem Post.
Adams also visited Sderot before crossing into Gaza. Israeli officials refused to meet with Adams since he met with Hamas. Adams was scheduled to meet with Fatah officials in Ramallah on Friday.

PASSOVER 2002
AND THE DAYS LEADING UP TO PASSOVER

Passover ( פֶּסַח, Tiberian:), also called the Festival of Unleavened Bread (חַג הַמַּצּוֹת,.) is a Jewish holiday which is celebrated in the northern spring. It begins on the 15th day of Nisan (on the Hebrew calendar).
Passover commemorates the Exodus and freedom of the Israelites from ancient Egypt. As described in the Book of Exodus, Passover marks the “birth” of the Children of Israel who become the Jewish nation, as the Jews’ ancestors were freed from being slaves of Pharaoh and allowed simply to become followers of God instead.
The two names for the holiday are a coalescence of two related celebrations. The name Passover (Pesakh, meaning “skipping” or passing over) derives from the night of the Tenth Plague, when the Angel of Death saw the blood of the Passover lamb on the doorposts of the houses of Israel and “skipped over” them and did not kill their firstborn. The meal of the Passover Seder commemorates this event.
The name Feast of Unleavened Bread (Chag Ha’Matsot) refers to the weeklong period when leaven has been removed, and unleavened bread or matzo (“flatbread”) is eaten.
Passover is one of the three pilgrim festivals during which the entire Jewish populace made a pilgrimage to Jerusalem, at the time when the Temple in Jerusalem was standing.
In Israel, Passover is a 7-day holiday, with the first and last days celebrated as a full festival (involving abstention from work, special prayer services and holiday meals).

A disfigured Ameneh Bahrami poses with a picture of her old self.

April 2, 2009: Tehran. Iran. A judge in Tehran, Iran, has officially sanctioned a blinded woman’s plea for vengeance by allowing her to blind the man who threw acid on her face five years ago. Majid Emovahedi attacked Ameneh Bahrami with sulphuric acid in September 2004 after the woman had repeatedly spurned his attempts at romance. Now Bahrami, who was blinded and grossly disfigured by the attack, will have the opportunity to repay her attacker.

“He will lie in front of me drugged,” Bahrami explained. “I will feel my way to his eyes and then drop 20 drops of acid in each eye.”

Bahrami, who has undergone 17 extensive facial surgeries in the aftermath of the attack and will never regain the use of her eyes, will stand over an anaesthetized Emovahedi as prison officials hold the man down. A doctor will be on site, holding open Emovahedi’s eyes to ensure the acid’s efficacy.

THIS DAY April 1

On this day Main Events

April 1, 1946 The Malayan Union officially came into existence with Sir Edward Gent as its first governor. The capital of the Union was Kuala Lumpur.

Notice the sign is written in english and Arab, not Malay

The Malays/Moslems opposed the creation of the Union. The opposition was mainly due the erosion of the Sultans’ powers and the offering of citizenship to recent immigrants mainly the ethnic Chinese because their economic dominance was seen as a threat to the economic development of the Malays/moslems.
The United Malays National Organization, or UMNO, a Malay/moslem political association formed by Dato’ \Onn Jaafar on March 1, 1946, led the opposition against the Malayan Union. In the end, due to tremendous internal pressure inside the Malayan Union, the British finally conceded to the local opposition.
The Malayan Union ceased to exist on January 31, 1948. It was replaced by the Federation of Malaya (Persekutuan Tanah Melayu in Malay) which recognised the position of the Malays/Moslems as the definitive people of Malaya as well as outlining stricter conditions on the granting of citizenship.
Malaysia has never, the same as Indonesia been moderate, both countries are in the Mekkan stage of Islamic developement, they are not ready for Medinian stage yet, but are progressing steadily as these cases prove
Case #1

KOTA KINABALU: A 24-year-old Muslim woman yesterday failed in her application to renounce Islam on the grounds that she did not practise the religion and was never given religious education.

Syariah High Court judge Jasri Nasip Matjakir said the applicant did not submit any concrete evidence that she was no longer a Muslim in action, behaviour or deed that could expel her from Islam.
In her affidavit, read by counsel Hamid Ismail, the Sino-Kadazan said her non-Muslim lifestyle would cause society to look down on her and she would be subjected to the judgment of the syariah court.
The applicant’s father was a Muslim while her mother, a Sino-Kadazan, converted when the couple got married.
Hamid said the basis of her application was under Article 11 of the Federal Constitution — that she had the right to choose her religion and must not be prevented from doing so by anyone.
This is as held by the Supreme Court in the case of Minister of Home Affairs, Malaysia and Anor v Jamaluddin bin Othman, 1989 1 MLJ 418.
The second basis was that Islamic law on apostasy is not applicable in Malaysia because there is no total application of Islamic law in Malaysia.
Jasri, in his judgment, said although the Federal Constitution did state that every individual deserved to choose his or her religion, it did not give authority to the syariah court to allow Muslims to renounce their religion. “The court can only decide whether one’s action is permissible according to Muslim laws.
“The reasons given by the applicant are based on fear of punishment which is against the teachings of Islam. Is fear a good enough reason?
“The court finds the reasons given are weak and not one that can be used as permissible to murtad (leave Islam).”

Case #2
Malaysia court halts baby boy’s conversion to Islam
Sat Mar 31, 2007
KUALA LUMPUR (Reuters) – A Malaysian court has taken the rare step of ordering a Muslim man not to go ahead with plans to convert his baby son to Islam, pending a last-ditch legal effort by the Hindu mother to take custody of the boy.
The Court of Appeal, which usually defers jurisdiction in religious matters to Malaysia’s Islamic courts, granted the mother an injunction on Friday barring the father from converting their 1-year-old to Islam, local newspapers said on Saturday.
Once the boy is converted to Islam, the father could seek custody of him in an Islamic court. He did this last year with the couple’s elder son, aged 3, the papers said.
The legal battle highlights constitutional tensions over religion in mainly Muslim Malaysia: the charter assures freedom of religion but in practice non-Muslims have found no recourse to civil courts where questions of Islamic identity are involved.
Non-Muslims make up about 40 percent of the population and many refuse to submit to Islamic law. In 2005, the High Court ruled it could not intervene to stop state religious officials giving a man a Muslim burial against his Hindu widow’s wishes. She said he was Hindu but an Islamic court ruled he was Muslim.
In the latest case, the lawyer for the Hindu mother said an Islamic court might award custody of her younger son to the father before she could exhaust all her civil legal options.
“If the injunction is not granted, the wife’s right will be over-reached before the appeal is heard in the Federal Court and it will cause severe injustice,” state news agency Bernama quoted the lawyer, Malik Imtiaz Sarwar, as telling the Court of Appeal.
“There is also the possibility that the father will convert the second child. The threat is substantial.”
But the injunction may be only a brief legal victory for the mother, R. Subashini, who married under Hindu rites in 2001.
The Court of Appeal ruled earlier this month that the father had the right to go to the Islamic court to have his marriage dissolved and to seek custody of the younger son.
The injunction granted on Friday applies only until the mother can persuade the Federal Court to hear her appeal against the Court of Appeal’s March 13 ruling.

THE Pussycat Dolls have been fined for being too sexy.

April 1, 2008 The girl group – famed for their raunchy routines – must pay $3400 for flashing body parts during a concert in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, July 2007.

During the routine, Carmit Bachar, who has since left the group, exposed a breast while Ashley Roberts was accused of revealing her private parts after her tiny pair of shorts left little to the imagination.Promoters Absolute Entertainment were fined for allowing their act to perform “sexually suggestive” routines in the strict Muslim country. The penalty was imposed by the council which manages the Kuala Lumpur suburb where the event took place. The fine followed a complaint from Malaysia’s culture minister Rais Yatim, who said the group’s concert featured “scantily dressed performers” and “sensuous elements”.He added: “I believe the way the Pussycat Dolls behaved on stage amounted to gross indecency,”Under the country’s Muslim laws, a female performer must be covered from her shoulders to her knees.Jumping, shouting or throwing of objects onstage or at the audience are all also banned.

It damned hilarious that some men can go completely bonkers over a little tit or pussy

THIS DAY March 30

Today

March 30, 2006: Jenin, Judia Samaria (Palestine). Palestinian authorities have disbanded a youth orchestra from a West Bank refugee camp and barred the conductor from her studio after she directed a concert for a group of Holocaust survivors in Israel, a local official said on Sunday.Adnan Hindi of the Jenin camp called the Holocaust a “political issue” and accused the orchestra’s conductor of unfairly dragging the children into a politics.
The dispute underscores Palestinian sensitivities over acknowledging Jewish suffering, which many fear could weaken their own historical grievances against Israel. Ignorance and even denial of the Holocaust is widespread in Palestinian society.
At last Wednesday’s concert in Holon, most of the Holocaust survivors did not know the youths were Palestinians from the West Bank, a rare sight in Israel these days. And the youths, who range in age from 11 to 18, had no idea they were performing for people who lived through Nazi genocide — or even what the Holocaust was.
Hindi said that conductor Wafa Younis, an Israeli Arab living in Israel, has been banned from the camp, and the apartment where she taught the 13-member Strings of Freedom orchestra has been boarded up.
“She exploited the children,” said Hindi, the head of the camp’s “popular committee,” which takes on municipal duties. “She will be forbidden from doing any activities … We have to protect our children and our community.”
The Holocaust happened, but we are facing a similar massacre by the Jews themselves,” Hindi said. “We lost our land, and we were forced to flee and we’ve lived in refugee camps for the past 50 years.”
Younis, the conductor, denied the issue was political, saying camp officials wanted to take over the orchestra to get its funding.
“They want to destroy this group. It’s a shame, it’s a tragedy. What did these poor, elderly people do wrong? What did these children do wrong?” she said.

Today

March 29 2009: Helsinki, Finland. Authorities plan to charge Helsinki City Councilman Jussi Halla-aho with violating laws relating to freedom of worship and inciting racial hatred.
Deputy State Prosecutor Jorma Kalske made the decision to press charges Friday, based on opinions expressed in Halla-aho’s Internet blog.
The prosecutor claims that last summer Halla-aho wrote about Muslims and other immigrant groups in a derogatory manner.
The True Finns councillor allegedly wrote that Islam and its religious institutions were linked to paedophilia. The blog also reportedly suggested that the tendency to mug passerby and to live off of state benefits were characteristics of particular nationalities or genetic groups. The charges are to be laid in Helsinki District Court.
Back ground
Halla-aho maintains a blog titled Scripta that deals with issues such as ”immigration, multiculturalism, tolerance, racism, freedom of speech and political correctness”. His blog has between 3,000 and 6,000 readers a day.
According to Halla-aho, the biggest problem is large amounts of immigrants compared to the chances to integrate newcomers.
He has stated that minority group whose integration has failed everywhere are muslims that come from certain parts of the globe. According to Halla-aho, these are often cultures that honour force unlike western civilization and as long as these newcomers stick in to their characteristics and society encourages them to wrap into their divergence adaptation is not possible and that creates the problems of social exclusion and ethnic ghettoization.
He has stated that discrimination and privileges should not be allowed because of ones culture or nationality. According to Halla-aho, criticizing “totalitarian fascist ideologies like political Islam” is not racism and the facts can not be criminalized.
According to Halla-aho, immigration is a taboo in Finland. He has told that he has received death threats because of his web columns.
After delaying their decision for several times The Finnish Green Women’s Association announced 18 November 2008 that they have asked Finnish police to began criminal investigation on Halla-aho.
The Green Women’s Association’s leader Heli Järvinen claims that Halla-aho’s texts are not just expression of freedom of speech and innocent multiculturalism criticism and that they stir to raping and hatred.
Halla-aho has denied this and told that he opposes violence against women.
In December 2008, Finnish police began investigation on Halla-aho for incitement against an ethnic group because of his texts. Finnish police are also considering whether they should review his gun licence

Comment from Brooke M. Goldstein

It is important to start by defining the Islamist movement as that which seeks to impose tenets of Islam and Sha’aria as a legal, political, religious and judicial authority both in Muslim states and in the West.
One tenant of Sha’aria law is to punish those who criticize Islam, and to silence speech considered blasphemous against Islam or its Prophet Mohammed.
The Islamist movement has two wings – that which operates violently, propagating suicide-homicide bombing and other terrorist activities, and that which operates lawfully, conducting a “soft jihad,” within our court systems, through Sha’aria banking, within our school systems and through organizations such as the Council on American-Islamic Relations and the Canadian Islamic Congress. Both the violent and the lawful arms of the Islamist movement can and do work apart, but often, their work re-enforces each other’s.
For example, while the violent arm of the Islamist movement attempts to silence speech by burning cars when Danish cartoons of Mohammed are published, by murdering film directors such as Theo Van Gogh and by forcing thinkers such as Wafa Sultan into hiding out of fear of her life, the lawful arm is skilfully manoeuvring within Western court systems, hiring lawyers and suing to silence its critics.
Islamists with financial means have launched a “legal jihad”, filing a series of malicious lawsuits, in American courts and abroad, and against anyone who speaks out against or writes about radical Islam and its sources of financing and support.
This type of lawfare is often predatory, filed without a serious expectation of winning, and undertaken as a means to intimidate, demoralize and bankrupt defendants.
The lawsuits are often based on frivolous claims ranging from defamation to workplace harassment to plain Islamophobia, and have resulted in books being banned and pulped, in thousands of dollars worth of fines and in publishing houses and newspapers rejecting important works on counter-terrorism out of fear of being the next target.

This only gets worse

Here is one that is slipping under the radar.

Here is the case of Henrik Holappa: who was arrested on the morning of 03-09-2009 was arrested in Pennsylvania and slapped in handcuffs and leg-irons and whisked off to the local county jail. He now faces deportation back to his native Finland , where he could be jailed for 4.5 years for expressing his opinions

Henrik Holappa: Had applied for Political asylum application and here is his Affidavit.

I have been persecuted by the government (army, police, prosecutors), the mass media, and an employer in my country starting on August 8, 2006, when the security police, the SUPO, visited my apartment, which I shared with my sister Natalija, and then my school, asking both her and me many questions and warning me to abandon my beliefs — or else I would lose my prospects of ever being a security guard, and also be “unwelcome in Germany,” a country I intended to visit.
Then the Finnish police obviously notified all Finnish security companies that I should not be employed even as a security guard. I found no one would hire me, although I had graduated from the security guard school Osakk on August 25, 2006. The security company ISS had verbally promised me employment guarding University Hospital in Oulu, but at the end of October 2006 it suddenly had no record or file at all of my job application and two-hour interview on October 9, 2006. So I lost that career possibility.
For centuries, my family has honorably served Finland in military service, under Swedish, Russian and Finnish governments, and both my grandfathers fought against the Soviets in WWII; many of my father’s cousins fell for Finland’s freedom in the war. Both grandfathers suffered greatly in the war, and one never quite recovered from Soviet captivity, suffered severe depression and died in his forties. It was therefore extremely painful to me as an patriotic Finn to be in effect dishonorably discharged on September 6, 2007 from the Finnish Army Reserve solely because of my political views. My reservist duty was to be renewed in January 2008.
I had considered a full-time military career before that, and in fact had left high school to join the army out of love of military service; this career was now also destroyed.
The police came to my apartment on Tuesday, January 16, 2007, at 3:20 pm, and ransacked it, throwing things on the floor, and seized both my computers (returning them three days later.)
They then went to my parents’ home, where I was raised as a child, and the criminal police officer Sari Isometsa Tihinen (whose business card is enclosed with my application) threatened my mother that:
–I was “in big trouble,” that
–“Henrik might not come home for a long time,” and that
–if I pursued my beliefs, I “would not have any part in our society.”
I was in police custody for 24 hours at the Oulu police station that same day in a concrete cell with the lights burning day and night, on suspicion of sending a photograph or writing an article, both unprovable charges, and I was not allowed to make any phone calls. After the 24 hours I was told that I was now under arrest, and spent two more days in that cell with nothing to read or do, incommunicado, without visitors, and with no phone call to anyone. The police told my mother that I was under arrest. I was released without charges on the 19th.
When I emerged from jail, I discovered that the main newspaper in northern Finland, Kaleva, had violated on the day of my detention, January 16, the Finnish press custom of never reporting the name of a suspect, even a murder suspect, under the presumption of innocence, until he had been actually convicted at the end of a trial. However, the article mentioned me by my name in the very first paragraph, and stated falsely as a proven fact that I had written a certain article in December 2006.
It was an article denouncing gangs of African rapists of my countrywomen of whom many were and are still running around un-arrested in my city. The article highlighted the infamous “scissor rapists” — Sudanese black Africans who clitorectomized a Finnish female rape victim with scissors in June 2005 in Oulu and were sentenced to three years in prison in January 2006.
The author asked why Finland was bringing in such immigrants and why there were no subsequent arrests for the other African gang rapists still terrorizing my city. (Finland itself has no history of gang rape among the native Finns.) The media article also stated as fact the unproven assertion that I had sent off a clipped newspaper photo to America – as a serious “copyright violation” — and the lie that while living in Oulu as a young Finn without any website skills, I was “the webmaster” of an American website.
This was obviously a coordinated campaign by the Finnish government, police and media, all together, to make me a hated person to both leftist Finns and to the very Somali and Sudanese gang rapists who then, as now, are on the loose in the city of my birth. (There have been no prosecutions of African gang rapists there since the scissors rapists were convicted in January 2006, 33 months ago, although the problem continues and these immigrants stand out memorably by their appearance to both their victims and the public in my Scandinavian country.)
There are also many black immigrants, all Muslim Africans, in my apartment building, who live on my street and in my neighborhood, and they can know who I am, because the main newspaper in all of northern Finland, Kaleva, with a daily circulation of 300,000, used my name.
They can afford this newspaper because they can get up to 3,000 euros a month in welfare for a family, while an unemployed Finn can get only 400 euros a month.
The security police, SUPO, could even remind the African Muslim communities of my name and address.
On May 11 or 12, 2008 I received a phone call while visiting neighboring Estonia from the same Sari Tihinen, asking me when I could come to the police station in Oulu. She further informed me over the telephone that the top prosecutor in Finland, Mika Illman, whose name suggests Jewish ancestry and thus animus toward me, had “dug up my case again.”
On Tuesday, May 20, 2008 this same policewoman further warned me, now at the Oulu police station, that I was to be indicted by the government of Finland on three serious charges so as to “make an example of me for other racists in Finland,” as follows:
1)two years imprisonment for “incitement of racial hatred” [sic];
2)two years behind bars for “defaming the honor of the African community of Finland”
3)six months imprisonment for “copyright violation.”
(I had merely scanned a photo of “multiculturalism” from a Finnish newspaper, and sent it as a private email attachment to an American friend. He then, unbeknownst to me, posted it on an American website.)
I believe I was targeted because the Finnish authorities hate my views and see me as a young leader whose crushing would preclude any political movement I could start. (I have never started any movement; I only turned 23 in July.)
I am sure that the Finnish government would harm me on my return by arresting me and prosecuting me, and putting me in prison next to Somali and Turkish felons who might hate me and seek to beat, rape or kill me. The Finnish government would itself be my main persecutor, and might not protect me at all in prison. In fact, it might invite inmates to get a sentence reduction if they harmed me.
They might also put me, as an “extremely dangerous person” (the policewoman’s words to me and to members of the True Finns political party of which I was once a member) in a maximum security prison where I would be shut up in a cell for 23 hours a day. This is a form of severe mental harm, especially for an innocent person who deserves no punishment.
The Finnish government is modern and controls all the territory of Finland, so there is no place in my country where I could hide for long. Furthermore, all other European Union countries have laws similar to Finland’s and would arrest me on a European Union arrest warrant to extradite me back to Finland or to any other EU country that objects to my views.
I left Finland by plane and flew via Iceland to the United States on July 11, 2008. I came here as a bona fide tourist, but decided toward the end of my tourist stay that I loved America, its people, its beauty and its freedom of speech and that I did not want to be imprisoned and possibly murdered in Finland.

“Here is an example of what he was complaining about: Four Congolese “youths” who raped a Finnish woman and maimed her horribly with scissors received a FOUR-YEAR prison sentence apiece.
Here’s a description of the crime: [from the Finnish “Kaleva”]”3 Congolese immigrants gang raped a Finnish woman in Oulu (northern Finland), they made fistula on her using scissors in the Congo fashion, clipping up the skin between anal and vaginal openings, which means she will have to wear diapers if they can’t fix it with surgery (and in many cases, it’s impossible to fix it, many victims of this attack in Congo had to use colostomy bags for the rest of their life.”

And for this they got 4 years Do you really think that 4 years is adequate for a crime like that. And, sorry to mention a “racist” FACT (if facts can indeed be “racist”), but gang rape – which is now epidemic in Scandinavia, rising each year, coincidentally, as the numbers of immigrants increases – was unknown in Finland before the recent influx of immigrants.

Yet both Jussi Halla-aho and Henrik Holappa could be jailed for 4.5 years for expressing their opinions

THIS DAY March 28

Today’s khutbah (Islamic sermon)At-Touba 9:123[123]
O ye who believe! Fight the Unbelievers who gird you about, and let them find firmness in you: and know that Allah is with those who fear Him.

March 28 2009: Jamrud, Pakistan. A suicide bomber blew himself up in a crowded Pakistani mosque during prayers, killing at least 48 people, a government official said.
“So far we have counted 48 bodies,” Tariq Hayat Khan, the top administrator in the Khyber region in the north-west of the country, told reporters.
The death toll could rise, perhaps to 70, he said. About 70 wounded had been taken to hospitals, he said.
“It was a suicide attack. The bomber was standing in the mosque. It’s a two-storey building and it has collapsed,” he said.
Between 250 and 300 people were in the mosque, he said.
Police initially said a bomb blew up at a police post next to the mosque near Jamrud town.
“It’s surprising, those who claim that they are doing jihad and then carry out suicide attacks inside mosques during Friday prayers,” Mr Khan said.
“They are infidels. They are enemies of Pakistan. They are enemies of Islam,” he said.
Worshippers searched through piles of bricks, pulling out bodies and carrying them to ambulances in sheets and on rope beds, television pictures showed.
There was no claim of responsibility but Islamist militants opposed to the government’s support for the United States have mounted a violent campaign against the security forces and others.

“They are infidels. They are enemies of Pakistan. They are enemies of Islam,”

Today

March 25, 2009: Sidon, Lebanon. A bomb killed a senior official in the Palestinian Fatah faction and four other people in southern Lebanon on Monday, security sources said.

Kamal Medhat, deputy head of the Palestine Liberation Organization in Lebanon, was killed with his companions on a road near Mieh Mieh refugee camp outside the southern city of Sidon.
The bomb, hidden under a manhole cover, hurled one car off the road into a nearby orchard. Another car plunged into what appeared to be a crater left by the blast.Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas condemned Medhat’s killing as an act of terrorism. Hamas also condemned the attack.Medhat had been accompanying Lebanon PLO representative Abbas Zaki, who was not injured in the blast, on a visit to Mieh Mieh camp.
Lebanon is home to 12 Palestinian refugee camps that house more than 200,000 registered refugees. Both had been attending a meeting to reconcile feuding families in the camp.
Describing Medhat as a martyr, Hamdan told Hezbollah’s al-Manar television it was not possible to say who was behind the attack, but said the perpetrators had served Israeli interests.
Tensions have been high in Mieh Mieh and the nearby Palestinian camp of Ain al-Hilweh, where Fatah and a range of Islamist factions compete for influence.
Two people, including a Fatah activist, were killed on Saturday in a gunbattle in Mieh Mieh camp. The clash was attributed to a family dispute.
Tensions among Palestinians remain a potential risk to stability in Lebanon, which has suffered from a string of assassinations, a war with Israel and a paralyzing internal political crisis in the past few years.
“I fear that this might be a sign of an expansion of Palestinian-Palestinian conflicts in Lebanon,” said Nabil Boumonsef, a political commentator in an-Nahar newspaper. “Palestinian-Palestinian conflicts could be spreading faster than we were expecting,” he said.March 25, 2009: Umm El Fahm, Israel. Jewish extremists marched Tuesday through an Israeli-Arab town to demand residents show loyalty to Israel, setting off stone-throwing protests by Arab youths that police dispersed with stun grenades and tear gas.
The clashes in the northern Israeli town of Umm el-Fahm came at a time of increasing tensions between Israel’s Jewish majority and its Arab minority, and residents said the march was a provocation.
No serious injuries were reported.Dozens of Arab youths, their faces covered with checkered Palestinian scarves, heaved rocks at heavily armed black-clad police holding up shields, who responded by lobbing back tear gas.
Some of the protesters carried large Palestinian flags, running and weaving between cars.

Hardline Jews carrying large Israeli flags and flanked by security forces marched on the outskirts of the town, apparently targeted because it is one of Israel’s largest Arab communities and is known for Arab nationalist sympathies and as a stronghold of the radical Islamic Movement.
“We came to say that the state of Israel is a Jewish state. We came in a show of loyalty and to say whoever is loyal, welcome. But people who flout the law should get out of here,” said Itamar Ben-Gvir, a Jewish ultranationalist who helped lead the event. Israel’s one-fifth Arab minority is made up of ethnic Palestinians who enjoy equal rights under the law but suffer discrimination in government jobs and budgets and tend to be poorer and less educated than Israeli Jews.
Relations between Jews and Arabs have worsened in recent months following Israel’s war in the Gaza Strip and a parliamentary election last month that saw Yisrael Beiteinu, a party with an anti-Arab platform, win 15 seats.
The party called to revoke the citizenship of Arabs disloyal to the Jewish state.
The party’s popularity reflects rising distrust of Arab citizens, perceived by many Israeli Jews as disloyal and potentially hostile.March 25, 2009: Ghaziabad, India, A 16-year-old girl was allegedly burnt alive, on Monday afternoon, by four residents of her village in a case of “aggressive moral policing,” as they suspected she had a physical relationship with one Irfan of the village.
The girl later succumbed to her injuries in a Modinagar hospital.
According to district police chief, Akhil Kumar, Zalis, Asim, Azim and another village resident had been keeping a watch on the girl’s house, in Teori village, in the Bhojpur police station area. They thought one Irfan of the village was a frequent visitor to the girl’s house when her father was not at work.
“In the afternoon,” said Kumar, “the four young men came to the girl’s house, and demanded to know why Irfan allegedly frequently visited her house. The girl’s younger sister, who felt the visitors were getting violent, ran out of the house. Meanwhile, the accused beat up the girl, and then set her on fire with a kerosene oil. The oil was poured on her from a bottle that lay in her house.”
Police have launched a hunt for the accused, after the victim made a dying statement saying they had beat and set her on fire.

THIS DAY March 24

Today’s khutbah (Islamic sermon)

Al-Maidah 5.59-60

[59]
Say: “O People of the Book! do ye disapprove of us for no other reason than that we believe in Allah, and the revelation that hath come to us and that which came before (us), and (perhaps) that most of you are rebellious and disobedient?”

[60]
Say: “Shall I point out to you something much worse than this, (as judged) by the treatment it received from Allah? Those who incurred the curse of Allah and His wrath, those of whom some He transformed into apes and swine, those who worshipped Evil, these are (many times) worse in rank, and far more astray from the even Path!”

WELL SOME JEWS WHERE AFFECTED BY ALLAH,S CURSE

Neturei Karta (Aramaic: נטורי קרתא “Guardians of the City”) is a tiny group of Haredi (Ultra-Orthodox) Jews who reject all forms of Zionism and actively oppose the existence of the State of Israel.

While many in Neturei Karta chose to simply ignore the State of Israel, this became more difficult. Some took proactive steps to condemn Israel and bring about its eventual dismantling until the coming of the Messiah. Chief among these is Rabbi Moshe Hirsch, Neturei Karta’s self-proclaimed “Foreign Minister”, author of its prayer book Siddur Vilna, who served in Yasser Arafats cabinet as Minister for Jewish Affairs.
Rabbi Hirsch and his followers maintain that a community of (Haredi) Orthodox Jews can and should be a viable minority in an Arab-controlled Palestinian state. Their main synagogue is the beis midrash ‘Ohel Sarah’ in the center of Meah Shearim.
Rabbi Hirsch claims that there is a striking accord between the views of Neturei Karta and those of Fatah, which was the dominant party in the Palestinian Authority until the 2006 Palestinian election: both favour a secular and non-sectarian government in Palestine.
In October 2005, Neturei Karta leader Rabbi Yisroel Dovid Weiss issued a statement criticizing Jewish attacks on Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad. Weiss wrote that Ahmadinejad’s statements were not “indicative of anti-Jewish sentiments”, but rather, “a yearning for a better, more peaceful world”, and “re-stating the beliefs and statements of Ayatollah Khomeini, who always emphasized and practiced the respect and protection of Jews and Judaism.”
In the UK, Rabbi Yosef Goldstein testified on behalf of Abu Hamza al-Masri of the Finsbury Park Mosque, who in recordings has called for the murder of Jews and infidels. Rabbi Goldstein testified that he and Abu Hamza had a “friendly and cordial relationship.”
In March 2006, several Neturei Karta members visited Iran where they met with Iranian statesmen, including the Vice-President, and praised Ahmadinejad for calling for the State of Israel to be “wiped from the pages of history.”
The spokesmen commented that they shared Ahmadinejad’s aspiration for “a disintegration of the Israeli government”. When asked by reporters, the group also mentioned that they were not bothered by Ahmadinejad’s Holocaust denial. In an interview with Iranian television reporters, Rabbi Weiss remarked, “The Zionists use the Holocaust issue to their benefit.
We, Jews who perished in the Holocaust, do not use it to advance our interests. We stress that there are hundreds of thousands Jews around the world who identify with our opposition to the Zionist ideology and who feel that Zionism is not Jewish, but a political agenda…What we want is not a withdrawal to the ‘67 borders, but to everything included in it, so the country can go back to the Palestinians and we could live with them…”

In December 2006, members of Neturei Karta, including Yisroel Dovid Weiss, attended the International Conference to Review the Global Vision of the Holocaust in Tehran, a controversial conference being held, Iran that has attracted a number of high-profile Holocaust-deniers.
Neturei Karta’s representative upheld the reality of the Holocaust during his speech to the assembly, although he went on to say, “Zionists have given much higher figures for how many people were killed.” They praised Iranian president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, who has called for the destruction of the Israeli state, and expressed solidarity with the Iranian position of anti-Zionism

After months of the Winter stillness a miracle occurs and the Earth begins to dance again. Deep down inside each of us stirs an uncontrollable desire to take part in this whimsical dance. We long to be outside and feel the warmth and light through the depths of our being.

Spring has delivered the message of hope generation after generation, after seeming death comes rebirth. Each year spring brings into our lives the sheer delight of rebirth and rediscovery. Both young and old look at the world through childlike eyes hoping not to miss the blessings in this turn of the wheel.
