Perpignan: eight children maltreated by “enlightened and sectarian” parents

April 16 2008: Perpignan France. Enthusiastic Moslems, the father, of Moroccan origin, and his wife of Slavic origin, 49 years and 50 years old, were detained for deprivation of food and care to compromise the health of the minors, for failure with their usual legal requirements and violences on minors.

The father, commercial travelling on the markets, and his wife, converted with Islam in 2000, explained their behavior by a “scrupulous” practice of the Islamic religion and their will “to purify” their children.
The situation afflicting with their eight children, victims of deprivations food and repeated violences, was discovered at the time of a searching Saturday in the residence of the couple.
The gendarmes had been alerted by a witnesses announcing one of the children of the couple, a 13 year old boy, measuring 1,65 m and weighing only 32 kg, rummaging in dustbins in search of food.
The teenager, shiver, the traces of blood on the face, barefeet, with frostbite, and extremely malnourished , explained that it had just been punished because he had stolen a caster sugar cane, the public prosecutor of Perpignan Jean-Pierre Dréno indicated.
His mother had violently struck him with a stick and a pot of glass. Two of his/her sisters were discovered in a deplorable state: 15 years old and of 13 years and half, they did not weigh more22 kg. They were hospitalized with their malnourished brother, the other children having been placed in a care.
“The parents explained that they are practitioners of the Islamic religion and that they practise scrupulously and consider that a very strict food mode is essential”, in particular for the success of education, the magistrate specified. “The father explained the absence of provisions in the refrigerator and on the racks of the kitchen by indicating that he had for some time discovered the virtues of the biological food, which took part in the purification of the family and his children”, he added.
Concerning his wayward son, the father explained that he had to be rehabilitated, because “he was inhabited a little to lie”.
Corporal punishments were inflicted “when the rules which were dictated by the household head were not complied with”, added Mr. Dréno, qualifying the father of “enlightened, with an belief which is connected with that of a sect”.
“The father went well beyond the rigorous religious practice”, said the prosecutor, rejecting any amalgam between the inflicted food deprivations and the practice of the Islamic religion. According to the prosecutor, the family was “very discrete and lived in isolation”.
The parents had been however already announced by their insistence to see their three elder wearing the veil to the college. In front of the refusal of State education, they had left the college to study at it with the national centre of remote teaching, under the control of their mother.

British moslem ‘fighting for the Taliban against British soldiers’

April 16 2008: Helmand, Afghanistan. DNA from a terror suspect with British nationality has been found on an unexploded roadside bomb planted by the Taliban.
The sample matched with a database of UK terror suspects and confirms mounting fears that British nationals are now fighting alongside the Taliban in Afghanistan.
The DNA sample was taken from an roadside bomb that was diffused by bomb disposal experts in Helmand Province.
It is believed to be an exact match with a known Muslim extremist who was naturalised in England after arriving from Pakistan, according to the Sun.
He was radicalised in Britain before disappearing two years ago and heading to Afghanistan.
Recent intelligence reports show that rising numbers of home-grown jihadists have joined the Taliban so they can kill British soldiers.
Carla Bland, whose 21-year-old brother Wayne was killed in a bomb blast in August told the paper: ‘These people are traitors and sick in the head.
‘It’s hard enough for the soldiers over there without having to face their own people as well.’My brother was trying to help Muslim people.
These bombers aren’t helping Afghans – they’re just making it worse for everyone.’

Accrington pair Pakitanis helped rapist flee country
April 16 2008: Accrington, Britain. Two Accrington men Pakitani moslem helped an alleged moslem rapist flee the country. Shakeel Asghar, 22, and Mohammed Asim, 27, had taken the man to Birmingham Railway Station, where he got a train to London.
He later flew to Pakistan and has never been prosecuted over the alleged attack.
Burnley Crown Court was told Asghar hatched the plan for ‘entirely selfish reasons’ as he had been at the house where the alleged assault took place and had not wanted his wife or family to find out. He left, picked up his co-defendant and they drove to Birmingham.
Asghar of Crossland Street, Accrington, had been convicted by a jury of attempting to pervert the course of justice. Asim, of Higher Antley Street, Accrington, had admitted the allegation at trial. Asghar was given three months in jail, suspended for two years and a two month curfew, between 10pm and 6am. Asim got a two month prison term, suspended for two years and must pay £250 costs. The court was told the allegation was made in December 2007. Asghar was aware of the claims and went to try and stop the alleged victim making the complaint.

And it does not get better

Accrington ‘moslem sexual predator’ jailed for 9 years

April 16 2008: Accrington, Britain. A ‘Desicable moslem sexual predator’ who raped a 12-year-old girl has been jailed for nine years. Imran Pervez, 27, of Pendle Street, Accrington, subjected the youngster to a ‘grave’ ordeal after meeting her following a visit to a Blackburn cinema last summer.
At the time he was on licence from prison after being released just seven weeks earlier for drugs offences. After the case Detective Cons-table Helen Mercer said: “This was a despicable incident. “She was a good student, very sociable and got on well with her family. “Now she is a bitter and angry girl who doesn’t know how to deal with what happened to her.
It is hard enough when an adult is raped but she is only a young girl.” DC Mercer said the 12-year-old, who is from the Blackburn area, was with vulnerable friends who were being helped by the Engage project, which was set up after Keep Them Safe, the Lancashire Telegraph investigation into the problem of girls being groomed for sex by older men.
Pervez admitted rape, child abduction and sexual assault of a girl aged under 13. He was jailed for a total of nine years and was made the subject of a Sexual Offences Prevention Order.
Co-accused Zaheer Khan, 24, of Clifton Street, Accrington, pleaded guilty to one charge of child abduction. He was jailed for 20 months.
The court heard that Pervez had a string of previous convictions and at the time of the offence he had just been released after serving half of a four year sentence for for heroin and cocaine offences.
The court heard that the 12-year-old was out in Blackburn with two 15-year-old friends when they met tPervez and Khan in Darwen Street at around midnight on the night of July 25. Zoe Neild, prosecuting at Preston Crown Court, said they all five spent around six hours driving around East Lancashire.
At around 6am both of the older girls and Khan got out of the vehicle in Oswaldtwistle. Pervez drove to an alley behind Barden Road and demanded the 12-year-old girl carry out a sex act on him, before he sexually assaulted her

On This Day in Before 9/11

April 16, 2001: A Palestinian militant was shot at while sitting in his car. He accused the Israel Defense Forces of attacking him, but the IDF denies involvement. And that’s important because the IDF readily discloses its engagements. It is more likely the result of inter-group fighting between Palestinians, or simply a case of mistaken identity.-
April 16, 2001
: Five mortars were launched into the Israeli town of Sederot. One of the mortars landed a mile from the ranch owned by Prime Minister Sharon. The bombing incited military action from the Israel Defense Forces the following day.-
April 16, 2001: In Dusseldorf, Germany, an explosion outside the entrance to the Turkish Consulate General office caused several thousand dollars worth of damage. Note: The following day, a spokesperson called a Turkish newspaper and claimed the attack on behalf of the Islamic Great East Raiders Front, an Islamic fundamentalist group.-
April 16, 2001
: In Kashmir, a newly elected village leader was shot to death by militants in Challar.
April 16, 1998: In a statement published in the official Palestinian Authority newspaper, Al-Hayat Al-Jadeeda, Arafat was quoted saying: “O my dear ones on the occupied lands, relatives and friends throughout Palestine and the diaspora, my colleagues in struggle and in arms, my colleagues in struggle and in jihad/holy war…intensify the revolution and the blessed intifada/religious uprising…. We must burn the ground under the feet of the invaders.” I’m sure it sounded better played against the staccato music of an AK-47 on automatic mode.
April 16, 1991: President George Bush announced that U.S. troops would enter northern Iraq to create a safe haven for displaced Kurds around Zakhu. The Turks complained because they preferred Kurds oppressed and/or dead.Turkey’s history with the Armenian genocide and with their ongoing treatment of Kurds, the world’s largest ethnic community without a homeland, provides testimony to Islam’s racist nature. Moreover, the fact 30 million Kurds have no homeland to call their own or any meaningful voice in their own governance in Turkey, Iraq, or Iran and have been continually persecuted in these places, demonstrates just how hypocritical the world is regarding its immoral support of a “Palestinian” state carved out of Israel. Ignorance breeds immorality.
April 16, 1989: In Israel, a bomb containing nearly forty pounds of dynamite was discovered at a water pumping station near Moshav Ramon. Had the bomb been detonated, it would have destroyed the agricultural land beneath it.
April 16, 1988: A bomb went off at a bus station in Charsadda, Pakistan, killing four and injuring eleven.-
April 16, 1988: Abu Jihad, a commander for Fatah, Arafat’s political party, was assassinated in his home in Tunis, Tunisia.
April 16, 1986: Three people were killed and several more were wounded in a series of explosions aboard buses in Damascus. Lacking any sense of reality or reason, Syrian state-controlled radio blamed Israeli agents for the attacks.
April 16, 1983: A Turkish hijacker surrendered to authorities in Athens after commandeering a Turkish domestic flight with 114 passengers. Passengers, stating the obvious, said “he appeared to be mentally disturbed.”.-

April 16, 1981: Israeli troops shot and killed two young Palestinian terrorists who were attempting to cross the border into Israel using a hot-air balloon. The Palestine Liberation Front “Air Force” claimed credit for the failure. The balloon was carrying arms and explosives in addition to wannabe Muslim murderers. Written documents found onboard the balloon revealed that their mission was to seize hostages and demand release of 15 Israeli-held Islamic terrorists, including the two buffoons who had tried to cross the border on hang-gliders in early March.
April 16, 1980: Three Turkish gunmen shot and killed U.S. Navy Chief Petty Officer Sam Novello and his Turkish driver, in a residential section of Istanbul. One of the attackers was killed in a gun battle with police following the shooting and two others were captured. Three security agents and a passer-by were wounded.
April 16, 1979: A bomb planted by Islamic terrorists exploded on a bus minutes after a 13-year-old boy spotted the explosives-laden satchel and asked the driver to order his passengers off. The blast destroyed the bus but the PLO was thwarted in its attempt to kill.- April 16, 1979: In Belgium, a Palestinian terror team tossed grenades into the Zaventem Airport lounge in Brussels in what became a botched attack on Israeli passengers. The jihadist assault left 12 people wounded.Airport workers captured the four terrorists and turned them over to the Belgium authorities.
It turns out the Islamic strike was premature because the El Al plane had not yet let its passengers disembark and enter the airport lounge where the submachine gun wielding terrorists had positioned themselves.A previously unheard of Palestinian terrorist organization calling itself “Black March” claimed responsibility.
The reference to Black March appears to indicate that the group was formed to oppose the March 26 signing of the Egyptian-Israeli peace treaty. Two Palestinians, Hoseini Rad Mahoud, 3l, and Dayekh Khaled Dokh, 26, confessed that they intended to kill as many El Al passengers as possible. They were found guilty on August 16 of attempted murder and sentenced to eight years each.-

The Islamic terrorists, who were said to belong to the PFLP-GC, died in an explosion at the end of a gun and grenade battle with Israeli troops. One of the jihadist’s communiqués demanded that Israel release 100 prisoners including Kozo Okamoto, a Japanese terrorist serving a life sentence for the deadly PFLP-sponsored attack on Lod Airport in Tel Aviv on May 31, 1972.
The day following the attack on the apartment building, after the 18 victims of the Islamic terrorists were buried, Israeli forces carried out retaliatory strikes across the Lebanese border. They entered six villages in southern Lebanon and blew up several houses belonging to PLO/PFLP members after the inhabitants had been evacuated.

He only disputes what is written above because it was written by a kaffir, with disdain. If it were written by a member of that collective “chosen by Allah”, the Ummat al-Muslimin, with pride — then he would praise it to the ramparts.

“Narrated Ka’b ibn Malik: When the Prophet intended to go on an [military] expedition, he always pretended to be going somewhere else, and he would say: War is deception.”–Sunan Abu Dawud Book 14 Number 2631

“‘Unless you indeed fear a danger from them’ meaning, except those believers who in some areas or times fear for their safety from the disbelievers. In this case, such believers are allowed to show friendship to the disbelievers outwardly, but never inwardly. For instance, Al-Bukhari recorded that Abu Ad-Darda’ said, ‘We smile in the face of some people although our hearts curse them.’ Al-Bukhari said that Al-Hasan said, ‘The Tuqyah [taqiyyah] is allowed until the Day of Resurrection.'”Al-Hasan said: ‘The Tuqyah [Taqiyyah] is allowed until the Day of Resurrection’. ‘War is deception,’ said Muhammad.”–Tafsir Ibn Kathir “Surat Aal-e-imran [Q 3]”

“Abu Hurairah and Jabir reported: The Prophet said, “War is deception.”
        [Al-Bukhari and Muslim].

Commentary: “Khad`ah” means deception, i.e., employing a strategy which causes misunderstanding to the enemy, and one’s real intent does not become evident to them. This is permissible in Islam in the state of war.

The Ahadith mentioned in this chapter make the importance of Jihad and the reason for so much stress on it abundantly clear. These also show how great a crime it is to ignore it. It is very unfortunate indeed that present-day Muslims are guilty of renouncing Jihad in every part of the world. May Allah help us to overcome this negligence.”–Riyad-us-Saliheen 1352

“The Messenger and his Companions continued in the fear and distress that Allah has described in the Qur’an. Then Nu’aym came to the Prophet. ‘I’ve become a Muslim, but my tribe does not know of my Islam; so command me whatever you will.’ Muhammad said, ‘Make them abandon each other if you can so that they will leave us; for war is deception.'”–Tabari VIII:23

“Narrated Jabir bin ‘Abdullah: The Prophet said, “War is deceit.””–Sahih Bukhari Volume 4 Book 52 Number 269

“Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet said, “Khosrau will be ruined, and there will be no Khosrau after him, and Caesar will surely be ruined and there will be no Caesar after him, and you will spend their treasures in Allah’s Cause.” He called, “War is deceit.'”–Sahih Bukhari Volume 4 Book 52 Number 267
