When you can’t dismember Switzerland through a UN resolution…

The Islamo-Socialist loon Colonel Mu’ammar al-Qadafi of Libya is now officially on the record declaring Jihad at-Talab/Jihad bi-l-Saif against Switzerland, in retaliation for the “heinous” democratically-determined minaret ban in the aforementioned Alpine nation. Given the status of a minaret as bid’ah (“innovation”) according to the Shari’at — some Muslimin even considering such a structure as absolutely heretical and unjustifiable because of its absence in the Qur’an and Sunna, with others perceiving it as an indicator of Shari’at supremacy and the unbridled rule of Islam — the minaret ban is just a taqiyya-seeped pretext for what is manifestly an announcement of Islamo-Imperialist war against a bastion of the Dar al-Harb. Now, do not forget that members of the Qadafi clan have faced “humiliation” in Switzerland as a result of engaging in criminal behavior, prompting the ever-begrudging and vengeful tyrant to “even the score”, so to speak. But even beyond the personal grievances of the Lybian tyrant which may have had a considerable influence on his recent announcement, which interestingly coincides with the birthday of Rasul’allah, the declaration is solidly entrenched in 1388 years of fiqh.

“Jihad is the best method of earning, both spiritual and temporal. If victory is won, there is enormous booty and conquest of a country, which cannot be equaled to any other source of earning. If there is defeat or death, there is ever-lasting Paradise and a great spiritual benefit. As the majority of the Swiss electorate is not in favor of those elements of Islam which they (rightly) identify as intrusive and supremacist in nature, they have effectively thrown a roadblock in the path of al-Islam’s ultimate end of global political hegemony, and have demonstrated that they, at least, are resisting the gradual yet all-too-visible transmogrification of their ancient continent of enlightened kufr into one of stone-age Islam, a prospect which many Swiss, cognizant of their non-conformist heritage, find disturbing. To the mujahid and the alim and faqih, such resistance to the incontrovertible and exclusive “right” of Islam to establish itself (as the dominant and non-dominated deen throughout the world sans rivalry from the shirk of non-Islamic systems of governance) is an unforgivable affront to “the designs of providence” and “the natural order of things”; a kaffir, upon being called to submit and cease his heretical and corruptive practices, must submit — otherwise he is rebelling against his inborn nature and disseminating pollution. The kaffir/mushrik is obligated to forsake and renounce the laws of fitnah on the condition that he subscribes solely to the Shari’at – abiding by what is al-Ma’ruf, disdaining from what he engaged in previously, i.e. al-Munkar – in order to fulfill the commands of a celestial dictator, who will then and only then become his mawla (“protector”) from vanquishment; only with the unabridged adoption of Islam can kuffar redeem themselves from destruction. According to Muhammadan Totalitarianism, only with surrender to the Pax Islamica can human beings justify their continued existence and prevent an onslaught of divinely-sanctioned horror against them at the hands of “Allah’s Faithful Slaves”, the mujahedin and ghazin. And only with the extermination of all dissent from the Muhammadan Utopian vision of a Khalifat and the re-establishment of the Khalifat system – whether through al-sayyaf or Da’wah – can there be lasting “peace” on Earth. “Peace” via unending and unapologetically genocidal warfare because in Islam, “evildoing” is equivalent to any action or thought in contradiction with Islam and the Shari’at, and security of life and property cannot be possibly granted to kuffar without their Islamization or at least their recognition of Islamic supremacy. Such a despotocracy relegates the kaffir, at best, to the impoverishing disgrace of aman only subsequent to the “impressive” slaughter and mass-enslavement of the uncontrollably “rebellious”…

Qadafi’s berating of Zionism in his Jihadist rant, and his conspiratorial connection of the unpardonable Dar al-Ghasab of Israel to the moharebin of Switzerland is entirely consistent with the innumerable and paranoid anti-Yahud invocations strewn throughout the Madinan suwar and the sahih sittah, which projects upon the Jews such libels as “mischief-makers” and “venomous enemies of Allah’s chosen Ummat al-Muslimin”, not only forsaken by Allah and Rasul’allah but also intentionally led astray by him, doomed to degradation issuing directly from the governments of al-Muslimin until the fated and greatly-anticipated complete annihilation of Jewry (a harbinger of the much-vaunted Hour of Resurrection).

Jihad at-Talab is the natural state which persists between the Dar al-Islam and Dar al-Harb once an invitation to either (1) “revert to the deen of the uncorrupted human soul” (2) live in a state of subjection to the Shari’at as a low-caste dhimmi/kharaj-guzar/rayah (3) be fought and slain in an sacralized orgy of blood-letting until “willing” submission occurs. Such belligerency (in the form of murderous and plunderous ghazwat and sariya’) aimed peremptorily and aggressively at the harbin is rationalized as an act of god merely channeling his wrath against his rebellious slaves via the blessed swords of the faithful; for what is seen as their [the mujahedin] unquestioning submission to Allah’s will (insh’allah) and for the zealous ferocity with which they cut down those “perfidious” kuffar who refuse Islam out of their “innate sinfulness and wickedness” (and are thus apt to lead others astray from the “only accepted and true path”), are rewarded with either ghanimah and fai’ in the temporal realm or everlasting intercourse with hur in Jannat. The whole of fiqh is more-or-less centered upon the fardh kifaya of Jihad at-Talab (which, while being the historical and theo-juridical apex of genocidal total war, is strangely not even described as harb but instead is referred to as futuhat [an “opening” of the world to the unchallenged authority of the Shari’at and ulema]) – even during a period of relative weakness within the Ummat al-Muslimin vis-à-vis its implacable foe the Ummat atl-Kuffar, such as the current age, Jihad persists in its intoxicating power.

His well-calculated and deceptive “grievance” rhetoric aside…

…Qadafi’s open warmongering rhetoric against perpetually-“neutral” Switzerland is fully indicative of the intrinsically belligerent nature of Islam, and of how the fardh kifaya of Jihad at-Talab is still recognized as mustahabb among Muslim heads-of-state and their impoverished subjects…

Libya‘s leader, Muammar Gaddafi, ­yesterday called for a jihad, or holy war, against Switzerland, in an escalation of his vendetta against the country where police once arrested his son.

At a meeting in the city of Benghazi to mark the prophet Muhammad’s birthday, Gaddafi described the country as an infidel state that was “destroying” mosques. Last year he urged the UN to abolish Switzerland and divide it between Germany, France and Italy.

“Any Muslim in any part of the world who works with Switzerland is an apostate – is against Muhammad, God and the Qur’an,” Gaddafi said.

A kaffir who does not respond affirmatively to the Da’wah which precedes Jihad at-Talab is considered a murtadd, as all are believed to be born Muslim but are led astray by their parents from the “natural, pure inclination of mankind”.

Swiss voters last November backed a referendum proposal banning the building of minarets. The proposal was put forward by the Swiss People’s party, (SVP), the largest party in parliament, which claims minarets are a sign of Islamisation. The move was opposed by the government, which argued that it would harm Switzerland’s image, particularly in the Muslim world.

Gaddafi has nursed a grudge against Switzerland since his son Hannibal and daughter-in-law were arrested in Geneva in 2008 for allegedly beating two servants at a luxury hotel. The Gaddafis were released soon afterwards and the charges dropped. But the Libyan leader was so enraged by his son’s two-day detention that he shut subsidiaries of Swiss firms in Libya, had two Swiss businessmen arrested, cancelled most flights between the two states and withdrew about $5bn (£3.2bn) from his Swiss bank accounts.

One of the Swiss businessmen has been freed, but the other was forced this week to leave the Swiss embassy in Tripoli, where he had sought refuge, and move to jail to serve a four-month term, in an apparent bid to appease the Libyan leader.

Libya claims the Geneva arrest and the case of the businessmen are not linked.

“Let us fight against Switzerland, Zionism and foreign aggression,” said ­Gaddafi, adding that “this is not terrorism”, in contrast with the work of al-Qaida, which he called a “kind of crime and a psychological disease”. “There is a big difference between terrorism and jihad, which is a right to armed struggle,” he said.

“The masses of Muslims must go to all airports in the Islamic world and prevent any Swiss plane landing, to all harbours and prevent any Swiss ships docking, inspect all shops and markets to stop any Swiss goods being sold,” Gaddafi said.

Italy warned that Libya may renege on a deal to control the flow of illegal immigrants because of the rift between Gaddafi and Switzerland.

Tripoli has stopped issuing visas to citizens of 25 European states in the Schengen passport-free zone, in retaliation for a decision by Berne to bar entry to some Libyans, including Gaddafi’s family.

Italy, which has close business links with Libya, has accused Switzerland of misusing the Schengen agreement and taking EU members “hostage” with the ban, which had forced other states to bar travel by Libyans as well.

Italy’s interior minister, Roberto Maroni, said the row put the Schengen zone at risk and could prompt Libya to end co-operation in controlling illegal immigration to the EU by banning Europeans citizens from the 25 European countries in Europe that share the visa-free Schengen system from travelling to Libya
