CAIR is a terrorist group and an arm of the Muslim brotherhood. It is sick they are getting appointed to the HRC. It shows what a joke the UN has become.

From Ztruth Former CAIR chairman gets nod for seat on Human Rights Commission!The former chairman of CAIR, Dr. Parvez Ahmed, was nominated by a committee of the City of Jacksonville, Florida for a seat on their Human Rights Commission. At the meeting, ACT for America strongly objected to the nomination in a 20 page report.

…Randy McDaniel, ACT’s Jacksonville chapter director says Ahmed has “a checkered past.”

Ahmed served as both the Florida chairman and national chairman of the Council on American-Islamic Relations, a group widely criticized for sympathizing with terror groups like Hamas and Hezbollah.

Ahmed was also criticized for a 2008 speech he gave, arguing the U.S. government should treat groups like Hamas and Hezbollah as part of the political process towards peace.

Council member Clay Yarborough was the lone vote against Ahmed’s nomination, asking the University of North Florida professor if he would defend the U.S. Constitution. Ahmed replied, “yes, of course.”

CAIR is an outgrowth of the Islamic supremacist Muslim Brotherhood/Hamas infrastructure in America which has been firmly established in court documents.
