Caroline Glick – ‘The Aim of Blood Libels’

Liberals Blood Libel Smear

from Caroline Glick – ‘The Aim of Blood Libels’

For Israelis, the American Left’s assault on Sarah Palin and the conservative movement in the wake of Jared Loughner’s murderous attack in Tuscon was disturbingly familiar.

Just as the American leftist media and political leadership immediately sought to blame Palin, the Tea Party and conservative media personalities for Loughner’s actions, so in 1995 their Israeli counterparts accused the Right – from then-opposition leader Benjamin Netanyahu to various rabbis to the two million Israelis who protested against the so-called peace process with the PLO – of being responsible for Yitzhak Rabin’s assassination.

Just as Palin and her fellow conservatives are accused of inciting the schizophrenic shooter to pull the trigger, so Netanyahu and his fellow rightists were accused of inciting the sociopathic Yigal Amir to plot and carry out his crime.

And just as it doesn’t matter to the American media elites that Americans conservatives engaged in no such incitement, and that Loughner himself seemed motivated to act by a mad obsession with grammar, it didn’t matter to their Israeli counterparts that Amir’s closest associate and the man responsible for the most incendiary anti-Rabin propaganda was Avishai Raviv – a government agent.

Palin’s characterization of the Left’s appalling assault on her and her fellow conservatives as a “blood libel” was entirely accurate. Moreover, as her previous use of the term “death panels” in the healthcare debate brought clarity to an issue the Left sought to obscure, so her use of the term “blood libel” exposed the nature of the Left’s behavior and highlighted its intentions.

Dershowitz – ‘Why J Street Attacked Sarah Palin’

Posted by avideditor on January 27, 2011

The solution to the “Palestinian” curse on Israel

From Dershowitz – ‘Why J Street Attacked Sarah Palin’

Alan M. Dershowitz

FrontPageMag

Shortly after Sarah Palin provoked a barrage of criticism for her use of the term “blood libel,” a Democratic Congressman named Steve Cohen compared Republican statements about the Obama health care reform to “the big lie” told by Joseph Goebbels, saying it’s “like [a] blood libel. The same kind of thing.” Cohen further posited, “the Germans said enough about the Jews and the people believed it and you had the Holocaust.” For the most part the left excoriated Palin for being insensitive to Jewish suffering, while the right has either defended her use of that historical term or has given her a pass on it. I am one of the few liberal Democrats who, while criticizing her use of crosshairs in indentifying contested congressional seats, found nothing objectionable in her use of “blood libel” as a metaphor to describe what she regarded as a false accusation of complicity in the bloodletting in Tucson. I have heard little from the left regarding Congressman Cohen’s more extreme statements.

The irony, of course, is that many of the same people on the left who criticized Palin for insensitively to Jewish suffering, have themselves contributed to Jewish suffering by unfairly demonizing the Jewish state and trivializing the increase in global anti-Semitism. They have also given a pass to those on the hard left who have used Holocaust and Nazi references in mischaracterizing Israeli self defense actions.

Consider the case of Norman Finkelstein, a hero of the hard left. Finkelstein regularly uses Nazi references in his attacks on Israel. He has said the following about the Israeli Defense Forces: “[I] can’t imagine why Israel’s apologists would be offended by a comparison with the Gestapo.” (This same formulation has been used by Finkelstein’s British clone, Gilad Atzmon and by others on the hard left.) Most recently, Finkelstein, who regularly refers to the Holocaust as a “circus,” responded to a critic with the words “Heil Hitler,” and to Israeli President Shimon Peres’ Christmas greeting to the Christian world with the words, “And a ‘Heil Hitler!’ to you too.”

[ . . . ]

Yet, although J Street, which claims to be a pro-Israel lobby, went out of its way to criticize Palin’s remarks, it has not leveled comparable criticism against Finkelstein and other prominent leftists who abuse the language of Jewish suffering. The reason is obvious: Many J Street supporters adore Finkelstein, cheer him at his lectures and echo his demonization of Israel. J Street does not go after Finkelstein for the same reason it refused to go after Richard Goldstone: If it did, it would lose support from many on the hard left, which it is trying to cultivate. (One of J Street’s leading activist and supporters, Letty Pogrebin, has praised Goldstone as a modern day prophet and supported the most egregious statements made in his report.)

Blood Libel myth 2

Posted by avideditor on January 14, 2011

I created a short video here Liberals Blood Libel Smear This http://sheikyermami.com/2011/01/15/blood-libel site posted a great image and great quote

“Judaism rejects the idea of collective responsibility for murder.

Judaism rejects the idea of collective responsibility for murder, as the Hebrew Bible condemns accusations of collective guilt against Jew and non-Jew alike. “The soul who sins is the one who will die. The son will not share the guilt of the father, nor will the father share the guilt of the son. The righteousness of the righteous man will be credited to him, and the wickedness of the wicked will be charged against him” (Ezekiel 18). ”

Great work Sheik Yer’ Mami

INN Expose: US Campuses Hotbeds of Medieval Anti-Semitism

Posted by Glezele Vayne on November 8, 2010

BS”D

By David Lev

It would take a lot to shock a guy like Noam Bedein, who runs the Sderot Media Center, which has  effectively told the story of that shelled and shell-shocked story to lawmakers, diplomats, tourists, and even world leaders. Dealing as he does with the personal stories of Sderot residents, as well as the with the incitement by Gaza Arab terrorists against Negev residents, Bedein has seen first-hand the effects of Arab propaganda. And, as an articulate English speaker knowledgeable about events in the Middle East, he has gone on several tours of educational and community institutions in the U.S., seeking to educate people there on the real situation in the Middle East.

But on his most recent trip, even the normally unflappable Bedein was taken aback by how hatred of Israel – and medieval-style anti-Semitism, as well – has found a home on the most progressive college campuses. “I’ve been to hundreds of high schools and university campuses talking about Israel over the years, but the reception – and the aftermath – of my visit to the Austin campus of the University of Texas was the worst example of anti-Israel and anti-Semitic agitation I’ve ever seen,” Bedein told Israel National News.

Bedein, on a hasbara trip sponsored by the Zionist Organization of America and media watchdog CAMERA to present Israel’s side of the story, said that for the first time, he returned home to Sderot “in shock” – such was the level of hatred against him as an Israel, and as a Jew.

At the Austin campus, Bedein planned to run a workshop titled “Iran – In Israel’s Backyard,” in which he presented the plight of Sderot residents who have been living under the threat of Iran-supplied Hamas terrorist missiles for the past dozen years.”

Arab Israeli Arrested for US Serial Killings

Posted by Glezele Vayne on August 13, 2010

BS”D

Ellie’s comments in italics throughout this piece:

Apparently, modern, enlightened, Western Culture as represented by our much lauded free press is sinking into the muck and sludge of medieval blood libels. Or at least, they seem to want the average modern, enlightened citizen to do so.

by Elad Benari of Israel National News

Abuelazam is an Arab Israeli citizen who is living in the US with a green card. However, most media outlets in the US who reported the story mentioned that Abuelazam is an Israeli but did not mention that he is an Arab Israeli.

An Arab Israeli has been arrested in the US on suspicion of killing five people and wounding 13 in a stabbing spree that spanned across three US states. Most of the men who were attacked were black and US police said Thursday that they believe the suspect chose victims based on the color of their skin.

Abuelazam is an Arab Israeli citizen who is living in the US with a green card. However, most media outlets in the US who reported the story mentioned that Abuelazam is an Israeli but did not mention that he is an Arab Israeli.

33 year-old Elias Abuelazam was detained late Wednesday in Atlanta while he was trying to board a flight to Tel Aviv. He was arrested at the departure gate, after being paged by a Delta Airlines representative and getting up to identify himself.

Abuelazam is an Arab Israeli citizen who is living in the US with a green card. However, most media outlets in the US who reported the story mentioned that Abuelazam is an Israeli but did not mention that he is an Arab Israeli.

Police suspect Abuelazam is behind the attacks that have taken place over the last two-and-a-half months in Michigan, Ohio and Virginia. It is alleged that his method of operation was to approach a lone man on a city street late at night, ask for directions or help with his car, and then to attack the person viciously, usually with a knife, according to a report on AFP.

Abuelazam is an Arab Israeli citizen who is living in the US with a green card. However, most media outlets in the US who reported the story mentioned that Abuelazam is an Israeli but did not mention that he is an Arab Israeli.

The first attack was in late May in Flint, Michigan, when a 31-year-old black man was stabbed. Over the next two months, 13 more men were attacked by the serial stabber in and around Flint. Five of them died. In early August, three attacks were reported in Leesburg, Virginia, and one in Toledo, Ohio.

Click here to read the rest of the story as reported by Israel National News:

From the BBC — Israeli man held at airport over US serial stabbings

The Macomb Daily — UPDATE: Israeli citizen arrested in serial stabbings

Philly.com — Man arrested at Atlanta airport in stabbings spree

Salon.com — Man arrested at Atlanta airport in stabbings spree

Forbes.com — Man arrested at Atlanta airport in stabbings spree

I could go on and on…so many sites are reporting variations on “Israeli serial killer arrested….” Sickening. Below, this particularly sagacious observation pretty much sums things up:

“So in today’s climate, if an Arab-Israeli were to be particularly successful, he’d be a Palestinian living in Israel who succeeded. If he was being oppressed, he’d be an Arab minority being oppressed by Israel. But if he stabs somebody, he’s an Israeli.”

No bias there.”

Quoted from: Mystical Paths — Oh Those Pesky Israeli’s, Stabbing People

My opinion of Abu El Azam? He might be a sicko serial murderer.

However, given the strong record the Muslim world has of being motivated by their jihadi supremacist sentiments, as evidenced by the daily news around the world, it would not suprise me if Abu El Azam wrapped his jihadi motivations in a “serial murderer” package. America suffers regularly from the depradations of serial murders. Keep in mind, the typical serial murderer is an adult male who either preys upon children, women or both. Rarely does such a person murder other men.

This bloody slashing spree might be the beginning of a new strategy devised by various Islamist groups as a way to throw Americans off-balance in order to extend this long night of self-destructive denial regarding the true nature of their enemies.

Do people still believe in the Blood Liable Hoax?

Posted by avideditor on March 12, 2010

I guess some of my wacko Jihadi commenters do.

Blood libel accusations against Jews:

In 1144 CE, an unfounded rumor began in eastern England, that Jews had kidnapped a Christian child, tied him to a cross, stabbed his head to simulate Jesus’ crown of thorns, killed him, drained his body completely of blood, and mixed the blood into matzos (unleavened bread) at time of Passover. The rumor was started by a former Jew, Theobald, who had become a Christian monk. He said that Jewish representatives gathered each year in Narbonne, France. They decided in which city a Christian child would be sacrificed.

“Who are you going to believe? Me or your lying eyes?”

Posted by Glezele Vayne on January 27, 2009

BS”D

That stolen line ( Richard Pryor) pretty much sums it up don’t it? I think we should pay more attention to Norway and what’s going on up there.

Why? Because they are where we will be if we don’t face facts. Here’s some facts, spelled out clearly enough: “You can see the mainstream media are struggling to make sense of all of this. That’s because they can’t, or don’t want to, see the obvious: This is exactly how an invading army would behave. Rape, pillage and bomb.” HT to Fjordman at Blogspot for this and other uncomfortable insights. (I also thank him for the Richard Pryor line I swiped from the comments on his blog.) Fjordman lives in Norway, and knows what’s what. Believe it.

Here’s more splashes of cold water for the sleepy-eyed American: “For decades now, you believed them instead of what your own eyes and minds told you was right. You allowed yourself to be convinced that being discriminating or judgmental was the worse of crimes and allowed your centuries old traditions of peace and tranquility to be turned on its head rather than say the simple truth that some people are bad and even evil.”

Islam is at war with us. Multiculturalism and “religious tolerance” are the straw man. Islam is not a religion, not a cult…it is a complete system, much like Nazism or Communism. Don’t take my word for it. Do some research. The facts, the statistics, the crimes, the photos all speak for themselves.

On multiculturalism and tolerance, from Fjordman’s comments section: “Northern Europeans have permitted Islamists to not only disrupt their peaceful and orderly society with murder and mayhem, they also pay them from the public treasury, so they needn’t be concerned with seeking gainful employment but can spend their days in coffee shops reinforcing their religion of hate and violence. “

Unless you want your wives, mothers, sisters, children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren to suffer (chas v’ shalom) like the ones in the photos I linked in my previous post entitled Blood Libel.

  • Stop your wishful thinking.
  • Face facts and figure out what you can do to protect your family, your community, your nation.
  • Stop apologizing for these murderous fanatics.
  • Stop giving countries (em…Israel for instance) who are on the front line, and who refuse to cave in, such a hard time.
  • Stop expecting a nation enmeshed in a war not of it’s own doing, a war for it’s very survival, to measure up to standards in warfare that you and your nation can’t possibly measure up to and win.

You sleep more securely at night because Israel is taking the abuse that would otherwise be heaped on you. This is a war between civilization and barbarity, and it’s coming at us from a direction we did not expect. But it is here.

Wake up.

Ellie Katz

P.S. I have video footage in my Jihadi page that shows just how far Europe has come in living up to the commonly used epithet hurled in it’s direction. Not by it’s enemies. Eurabia is the cynical term coined by those who know they are in a war against Muslim settlers, Muslim colonists and they are losing. Watch the videos and welcome to Eurabia. Is AmArabia next?
