Ackerman exposed the J Street for there anti-Israel and anti-Jew stance

J Street hit a new low. Ackerman exposes them for their anti Israel and anti Jew stance

From Ackerman Lowers the Boom on J Street

My sense that J Street crossed a line by urging the Obama administration endorsement of a one-sided UN resolution condemning Israel is vindicated by this remarkable statement just issued by Rep. Gary Ackerman, the top Democrat on the House’s Middle East Subcommittee:

ACKERMAN BLASTS J-STREET SUPPORT FOR UN CONDEMNATION OF ISRAEL

U.S. Rep. Gary Ackerman (D-NY), the presumed Ranking Democratic member of the House Subcommittee on the Middle East and South Asia issued the following statement today:

“After learning of J-Street’s current public call for the Obama Administration to not veto a prospective UN Security Council resolution that, under the rubric of concern about settlement activity, would effectively and unjustly place the whole responsibility for the current impasse in the peace process on Israel, and—critically—would give fresh and powerful impetus to the effort to internationally isolate and delegitimize Israel, I’ve come to the conclusion that J-Street is not an organization with which I wish to be associated.

It is not Israel that is refusing to enter final status negotiations. It is not Israel that has refused again and again to make unilateral gestures of good faith (recall the hundreds of West Bank security checkpoints and roadblocks removed, and the 10 month settlement freeze). It is not Israel that is now trying to force the peace process back in to the same dead-end from which the Obama Administration has spent the past month trying to extract itself. But astonishingly, it is Israel that J-Street would put in the stocks in the public square.

Pro-Palestinian” really means “anti-Israel”: another example

Posted by avideditor on January 18, 2011

In this I wrote that there really aren’t “palis” The solution to the “Palestinian” curse on Israel It seems to be any group that promotes this mythical group is anti Jews and Israel.
from “Pro-Palestinian” really means “anti-Israel”: another exampleReader Greg points out the Australians for Palestine website, where we see this graphic prominently featured:
aussie+pal.jpg

So-called “pro-Palestinian” advocates don’t even try very hard to say they believe in a two state solution or in Israel continuing to exist.

Even though Australians for Palestine’s Statement of Principles pretends to advocate for a two-state solution, they say:

all of Jerusalem remains the subject of final status negotiations because of its strategic importance in reconnecting the northern region of the West Bank to the southern region.

In other words, Israel has no rights over even the parts of Jerusalem west of the Green Line.

Is Bart going to just let the pro jihadi propaganda exist on its trains?

Posted by avideditor on January 12, 2011

It seems like Bart is just going to run the anti Israel adds. I hope they don’t. But it is San Francisco After all

SanStill waiting on BART to approve my ads to counter the hate……. countdown to a lawsuit. BART is promoting Jew-hatred but prohibiting the truth?

San Francisco BART has been running an antisemitic outdoor campaign at a number of outdoor BART stations for well over a month now. I became aware of them last month when Seattle had agreed to run antisemitic ads on their buses, but had second thoughts when I submitted pro-Israel educational ads.

After Seattle changed its policy on account of my ads, I submitted our outdoor campaign to San Francisco back on December 29th.

Here is the report from the notorious Jew-hating site “The Electronic Intifada,” the same Palestinian blogger that outed Barack Hussein Obama as an anti-semite back in March 2007 (and there is more here).

Check out the ad — a play on the jihad is a religion of “peace.”

Boycott roundup: day of action against TIAA-Cref Report, The Electronic Intifada, 10 December 2010

Paid advertisements going up around areas of the US calling for an end to US military aid to Israel. (Two Peoples One Future)

Yes, your basic nightmare.

This day of action is just part of JVP’s ongoing campaign to target TIAA-CREF. In July, activists attended the shareholder meeting and presented an “overwhelming” amount of signatures they had gathered in support of TIAA-CREF’s divestment from companies that profit from Israeli occupation policies.

Meanwhile, the Palestinian-led movement of boycott, divestment and sanctions (BDS) against Israeli human rights violations and apartheid policies continues to gather steam elsewhere around the world.

Here are my bus ads — the AFDI Freeedom lovers and historical accuracy ads:

Washington Post does an Orwell and takes Jerusalem away from Israel

Posted by avideditor on January 12, 2011

Sick bastards at the Washington Post take Jerusalem away from Israel. Come on it is there capital and the Jews most holy city.

At first, it seemed that it may just have been an oversight accounting for the fact that the Washington Post has turned Palestinian wishful-thinking about Jerusalem into actual reality. But it wasn’t just a one-time mistake. It again pops up in a Jan. 11 dispatch by Jerusalem correspondent Joel Greenberg (“Netanyahu rejects Clinton criticism” page A10).

What startled me in reading this piece was a reference to Adnan Husseini objecting to plans for 20 Jewish apartments on a Jerusalem spot where once stood a villa of the Grand Mufti, Haj Amin al-Husseini, who aligned himself with Hitler and fomented Arab pogroms that killed many hundreds of Jews;

All the GOPers for Obama are Against Israel

Posted by avideditor on August 12, 2008

For some reason I am not surprised. Obama is the anti-Israel candidate. Any one that likes Israel and supports Obama is a hypocrite.

Yid with a Lid has the article

GOPers For Obama Are Against Israel

The Press is all agog, Republicans for Obama, like organizations like this don’t pop up in every presidential election. But Most of Obama’s new Republican friends will fit right in with the rest of his crew, people like Robert Malley, Samantha Power, Zbigniew Brzezinski, his new buddies are anti-Israel. I don’t understand what it is with this guy, he claims to be a friend of Israel but everyone he attracts is of dubious middle east credentials. This isn’t guilt by association…its guilt by mob rule. My friend Ed Lasky picks up the story:

Obama’s GOP roster share anti-Israel views
Ed Lasky
Barack Obama
claims that he is a post-partisan politician and promises he will work well with Republicans. This is contrary to his history in the Senate to date and also flies in the face of theNational Journal, which found him to be the most liberal member of the Senate.

In any case, he does try to sprinkle a few Republicans about him to burnish his credibility — which these days needs a lot of burnishing. In any case, there also seems to be a common theme among the Republicans that support Barack Obama: they have anti-Israel views. Read the rest of this entry »
