I have done an extensive google search on Ahmadinejad’s now famous words regarding “the Zionist entity”, which he spoke at the The World Without Zionism conference in Tehran, on 28. 10. 05. (translated version; provided by Iran Focus) Wikipedia covers the controversy as well. I looked for a transcript at the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting , but it doesn’t appear to have archives that far back.
According to all the leftie sites I visited, the following are the transliterated words in question.
“Imam ghoft een rezhim-e ishghalgar-e qods bayad az safheh-ye ruzgar mahv shavad.”
I have a couple of Iranian acquaintances. I’ll run this sentence by them sometime. In the meantime, here’s the liberal/antizionist (read “antisemitic”) take on their pal Ahmadinejad’s words.
That passage will mean nothing to most people, but one word might ring a bell: rezhim-e. It is the word “Regime”, pronounced just like the English word with an extra “eh” sound at the end. Ahmadinejad did not refer to Israel the country or Israel the land mass, but the Israeli regime. This is a vastly significant distinction, as one cannot wipe a regime off the map. Ahmadinejad does not even refer to Israel by name, he instead uses the specific phrase ”rezhim-e ishghalgar-e qods” (regime occupying Jerusalem).
So this raises the question.. what exactly did he want “wiped from the map”? The answer is: nothing. That’s because the word “map” was never used. The Persian word for map, “nagsheh”, is not contained anywhere in his original farsi quote, or, for that matter, anywhere in his entire speech. Nor was the western phrase “wipe out” ever said. Yet we are led to believe that Iran’s President threatened to “wipe Israel off the map”, despite never having uttered the words “map”, “wipe out” or even “Israel”.
THE PROOF:
The full quote translated directly to English:
“The Imam said this regime occupying Jerusalem must vanish from the page of time”.
Word by word translation:
Imam (Khomeini) ghoft (said) een (this) rezhim-e (regime) ishghalgar-e (occupying) qods (Jerusalem) bayad (must) az safheh-ye ruzgar (from page of time) mahv shavad (vanish from).

Warning: Graphic Images
Photos of Iranian Victims of Government Oppression
Visit and encourage the Iranian people to continue fighting for their freedom? Wonder why freedom is so important? Well, if you haven’t read enough history books to educate you as to what happens without it, then I suggest watching “The Patriot” and “Braveheart” for a crash course.
Why We Protest
No one is going to help the Iranians. In fact, there is strong reason to believe the eleven million strong Revolutionary Guard is receiving supplemental assistance from Lebanon, as there is a reluctance on the part of Iranians to kill other Iranians. But we can give them spiritual and emotional support by posting at the site above, and by tweeting.
A couple of good links for tweeting:
Change for Iran
Stop Ahmadi
They appreciate our support in defense of their freedoms. In the days, months, and years to come, we may need them to return the favor.

Yet another refutation of the false claims of Mahmud Ahmadinejad. The Arab world is as guilty as any of the nations of the world in driving the Jewish people to the inevitable conclusion that we had to reclaim our sovereignty in our historical homeland. The proof is so easy to find and would be admissible in any court of competent jurisdiction.

I have been watching Ahmadinejad carefully, in several settings. Though the man says outrageous things, his manner is not that of a madman. I mean, watch Hitler…the ranting and raving should have been the first clue. I can’t decide if he is delusional, naive and/or grossly misinformed (perhaps a stooge set up by other more powerful men within Iran) or a skillful liar.
The Interview

“The Zionist regime is an uninvited guest. It is an occupier….I’d like to ask you, if someone comes and occupies the United States, as American people, would you give them any rights, or would you force them out?” Read the rest of this entry »

The president of Iran is counting down to destroy America. I think it is time for the US to bomb Iran now. Ahmadinejad is also saying he is going to wipe Israel off the face of the earth. I think it is time for Israel and America to wake up and realize Iran is developing Nuclear weapons and take these threats seriously. To watch the video click here.

It looks like Ahmadinejad has become a troofer. I guess once you start denying the Holocaust exists you loose all ability to reason. Hopefully the US will BOMB IRAN NOW!
Exclusive: Ahmadinejad denies al Qaeda’s 9/11 attack on America: In his most provocative anti-US speech to date, Iran’s president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad raised doubts about whether al Qaeda’s Sept. 11, 2001 attack on New York actually took place. He was addressing Iran’s Nuclear Technology day, April 8, DEBKAfile’s Iranian sources report. He went on to ask why the US had never released the names of the thousands of dead in the Trade Center attacks and how the most advanced security, intelligence and tracking devices in the world had failed to detect the hijackers’ planes before they struck the two New York towers.
Ahmadinejad is famous also for denying the Nazi Holocaust.
Announcing earlier that Iran had begun installing 6,000 new advanced (P2) centrifuges for uranium enrichment at Natanz, the Iranian president claimed his country’s nuclear program had passed the point of no-return technologically and politically.
America is disintegrating politically, militarily and economically, according to Ahmadinejad, who boasted that Iran’s nuclear achievement is a turning-point in history that will change the international order prevailing since World War II.
He asked why everyone jumps on Iran’s nuclear program when “a band of international pirates has stores crammed with nuclear bombs.”
DEBKAfile adds: By going full steam ahead with uranium enrichment, Iran is flouting three UN Security Council resolutions and standing fast against threats, sanctions and incentives offered by the West to halt a process capable of producing nuclear weapons.
Instead, Tehran is installing a new generation of advanced P2 centrifuges to replace the older P-1 machines and accelerate enrichment. He claims they are five times cheaper than the commercial machines.
The five Security Council members and Germany meet later this month for their umpteenth discussion on Iran’s nuclear activities. However, aside from “sweetening” their incentives package and tighter sanctions, they have run out of ideas for curbing Iran’s rapidly-advancing nuclear plans
