Reinhard informs the Tundra Tabloids that Jannati’s use of the Koranic verse 5:33, is of importance, since 5:32 is used by apologists for Islam in promoting the myth that Islam is a religion of peace:
5:32: ‘For that cause We decreed for the Children of Israel that whosoever killeth a human being for other than manslaughter or corruption in the earth, it shall be as if he had killed all mankind, and whoso saveth the life of one, it shall be as if he had saved the life of all mankind. 5:33 ‘The only reward for those who make war upon Allah and His messenger and strive after corruption in the land will be that they will be killed or crucified, or have their hands and feet on alternate sides cut off, or will be expelled out of the land. Such will be their degradation in the world, and in the Hereafter theirs will be an awful doom…’
We in the counterjihad know better, as the texts themselves prove, that the killing of the infidel is not only sanctioned by the Koran, it’s repeatedly sanctioned by the Koran, which is just another way of underlining the precept. Remember, this is the verse used to show that Islam is a religion of peace. Unbelieveable. KGS

The Viva Palestina convoy intended for the Gaza Strip finally docked in the port of Al-Arish some 40 km away from the Rafah border crossing after a protracted delay due to a disagreement over its appropriate landing destination between convoy members and the Egyptian government….
[T]he Egyptian foreign ministry launched a scathing attack on convoy leader British Respect MP George Galloway, claiming that his comments regarding the hold up of the convoy defied ‘honesty and facts.’
‘Being aware that Mr. Galloway loves media exposure, for various reasons, the ministry refrains from engaging in media arguments with someone who deliberately changes facts for personal objectives and masters the promotion of false championships that are based on wrong impressions leading to wrong conclusions,’ it said.
In a fact sheet disseminated by Egypt’s State Information Service, the authorities said that the foreign ministry had sent at least four messages to Mr. Galloway starting Dec. 10, 2009, briefing him on ‘the Egyptian mechanism for receiving relief assistance convoys to the Gaza Strip,’ through its London embassy, but that they were all ignored.
In this case, I tend to believe the Egyptians.

Making choices is a part of our every day routine, so there is nothing immoral nor illegal with the British court system making the accused to choose between paying a hefty fine and jail time for being in contempt of the court, or behaving themselves like everyone else and show the court due respect.

Sorry Al Gore, Swiss Glaciers Melted Faster in the 1940′s Than Today: “
One of the things the global warming moonbats point at as proof of their Global Warming theory is the melting of Swiss glaciers, for example the below is from June 2009:
Global warming is happening in Switzerland too. The latest study revealed that glaciers in Switzerland shrank by huge 12 percent in the last 10 years, which is their highest melting rate in history. Scientists agree that this is due to higher temperatures and lighter snowfalls. Scientific data showed that this last decade was really bad in terms of glacier melting in Switzerland, and that Switzerland lost lot of water due to rapid melting of glaciers.
Here’s a little secret that the moonbats aren’t telling us, the Swiss Glaciers were melting faster 70 years ago than they are today. So much for global warming:
The most recent studies by researchers at ETH Zurich show that in the 1940s Swiss glaciers were melting at an even-faster pace than at present. This is despite the fact that the temperatures in the 20th century were lower than in this century. Researchers see the main reason for this as the lower level of aerosol pollution in the atmosphere. As I have pointed out many, many times, there is no reliable way to distinguish a peaceful Muslim from a potentially violent jihadist. The suicide bomber who killed at least six Central Intelligence Agency officers in a base along the Afghan-Pakistan border on Wednesday was a regular CIA informant who had visited the same base multiple times in the past, according to someone close to the base’s security director.
The informant was a Pakistani and a member of the Wazir tribe from the Pakistani tribal area North Waziristan, according to the same source. The base security director, an Afghan named Arghawan, would pick up the informant at the Ghulam Khan border crossing and drive him about two hours into Forward Operating Base Chapman, from where the CIA operates.
Because he was with Arghawan, the informant was not searched, the source says. Arghawan also died in the attack
The story seems to corroborate a claim by the Taliban on the Pakistani side of the border that they had turned a CIA asset into a double agent and sent him to kill the officers in the base, located in the eastern Afghan province of Khost….
