Is he trying to start a military coup? I though he wanted to destroy the jihadis in Afghanistan. I guess it is beyond sick, in giving the jihadis a victory and more cannon fodder.  I thought he at least wanted to kill the jihadis that where responsible for 9-11. It looks like he is giving up.
